Do I pay for clients who don't send receipts this month?
Our "Inactive Client" policy is simple: You can archive a client file instantly to stop billing, and un-archive them when they return (e.g., for tax season). Data is kept safe for free.
Can I charge my clients whatever I want?
Yes. We bill you (the firm). You bill your client. Most partners charge $30-$50/month for the "Expense Management" service, keeping the markup as pure profit.
What if I only have 1 client?
The Partner Program starts at 1 client. You still get the wholesale rate and the dashboard. We grow with you.
How does pooled documents work exactly?
Each client gets 300 docs/month, but they're pooled across all clients. Example: 10 clients = 3,000 total docs. If Client A uses 500 and Client B uses 100, that's fine—you only pay overage after 3,000 total docs across everyone.
What happens if I exceed my document pool?
We charge a small per-document overage fee: $0.085 (Starter), $0.065 (Professional), or $0.04 (Practice). We'll notify you at 80% and 100% so there are no surprises.
